Manufacturing defects (hinges, welds, structure)

Material defects (frame, temples, nose pads, original lenses)

Finishing issues (delamination, abnormal chipping)

❌ What our warranty does not cover

Damage caused by accident, drop, or misuse

Normal wear and tear due to age or intensive use

Scratches on lenses not related to a manufacturing defect

Repairs or modifications carried out by an unauthorized third party

🕒 Warranty duration

2 years from the date of purchase (proof of purchase required)

Valid only for glasses purchased from our authorized retailers or on our official website

🔁 After-sales service

Our team remains at your disposal for any diagnostics or service requests. In the event of a confirmed defect, we will:

Either repair the frame free of charge

Or replace the frame if repair is not possible
